Direct manufacturer dealers include Sony, Yamaha, Tannoy, MD Manufacturing, Russound, Lutron Lighting, Suttle, Universal Remote Control, Vutec, and Ice Cable Systems.
If new direct manufacturer dealer equipment purchased from and installed by AV-1 Home Theater and Integration has any issues with in the first 12 months and are found to be caused by equipment malfunction that is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, AV-1 will service or uninstall and re-install(if needed as determined by AV-1 technician) the equipment at no cost to purchaser.
All other brands and manufacturers recommended by, purchased from, and installed by AV-1 Home Theater and Integration, that has any issues with in the first 6 months that are found to be caused by equipment malfunction and is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, AV-1 will service or uninstall and re-install(if needed as determined by AV-1 tech) at no cost to purchaser.
All warranties and guarantees shall be considered null and void if it is found that equipment has been tampered with, added, and/or removed by Anyone other than an AV-1 Home Theater and Integration technician with in the warranty period.
AV-1 makes no warranty and no guarantee, whether in writing or verbally, for equipment that was not purchased through nor installed by AV-1 Home Theater and Integration. Equipment owner takes full responsibility for any equipment that was either previously owned or purchased through any company other than AV-1 Home Theater and Integration, whether installed by AV-1 Home Theater and Integration or not.
